Representatives are sketchy, they refuse to give you any specific information about what they’re calling about and start asking for your personal information claiming they’re trying to protect your information. Moreover these geniuses had the wrong information/person which led to several annoying calls until it was supposedly corrected in their system but they refused to give me any official documentation acknowledging that I won’t be harassed further.
Constantly and continuously harrassing me with calls and voicemails. Over the last year or two I have received atleast 4 voicemails a month. This is nonsense. I have never interacted with their service, never heard of them, and they need to knock this off because I have no debt and do need to pay off a debt I don't have. Do NOT engage with this "company" if you're an actual customer. You deserve better.
Just got a scam call from a representative who refused to elaborate on their company or why they called me in the first place.
