I had a leftover bill from my local hospital in Kansas that got sent to this collections agency. After discovering it on my credit I called to further discuss my bill... and Chris A., became my bill collector for revenue enterprises. As a business owner, I hired them to take care of a couple of outstanding debts. All they did was harass the debtor with spam that got me in trouble with Colorado's harassment laws. DO NOT USE THEM. They spend all their time with shady call centers that act scammy.
Rude customer service, unhelpful representatives, and intentionally disrespectful towards clientele. I have received multiple calls in the past month but they do not ever tell me what the debt is for. Sorry for whoever has to deal with Revenue Enterprises
This company tried to call me and say I owed $1000s of dollars to a hospital in Southern Colorado. They refuse to give any information to me unless I “verified” myself to them with a lot of confidential information. I called the hospital and was told that our account had been paid by our insurance company and we were clear. So I called back in today and surprise surprise they have put me on no contact and they are not pursuing the claim because of insufficient information. Like there is no debt and the scam didn’t work.
