No answer. Left department of revenue office at Elevin Stanwix building Revenue office a ghosttown. No activity. Closed from covid door sign says years ago. Going to green st location. They have stranglehold over licenses and approvals paid for. Their authority needs assistance for it is not in what seems to be active or suspended operation.
