Thank you Greentree office of the PA Dept. of Revenue for answering my questions and looking up some solutions for me. I was on hold for only a couple of minutes before someone answered. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and efficient. I had previously called the customer experience number (717 area code) I am assuming that was in Harrisburg. No answer. Left department of revenue office at Elevin Stanwix building Revenue office a ghosttown. No activity. Closed from covid door sign says years ago. Going to green st location. They have stranglehold over licenses and approvals paid for. Their authority needs assistance for it is not in what seems to be active or suspended operation.

Unhelpful, rude and blatantly disrespectful representatives. Hung up on me after talking over me when I tried explaining what statements I received in the mail. I left multiple messages w no return call. After calling back over twenty times I requested to speak w a manager, they hung up again. There is an error on their part bc I have all receipts from taxes being paid but they continue to shoot in the dark w wrong answers.

I've never had a phone call answered or returned by these people. Typical government entity.
