By far the best customer service and patience I’ve ever experienced with any tax office! The staff at the Tennessee Department of Revenue on Appling Rd were professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of care and respect shown—something you don’t often find in a tax office. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing assistance! Kudos to Ms. Wendy for excellent customer service and patience!
GREAT experience today! Wendy and Stacey went over and beyond to assist and educate us on our tax situation, as we know can be quite frustrating and intimidating. It was good to have two friendly and helpful faces, willing to help while being empathetic to our concerns. These ladies removed ALL preconceived notions. A1 customer service! Thank you ladies for making what I thought to be a difficult situation, manageable.
