Rude and not helpful. Sorry I interrupted his morning cup of coffee by trying to get info about a letter that said explained nothing. Just like most agencies associated with the City of Philadelphia, they send you vague information and expect you to know how to resolve it. In this case, I got a letter with a $0 balance, called and left a message inquiring what this was (since the city never sent me anything), got a call next business day and was basically told to call the city to "close my business account". Rude, nasty, and unwilling to help. Received a letter with $0 balance due and left a voicemail for more information. Guy had a strong attitude and "wasting my time" tone of voice. Instead of explaining what the notice was about, he accused me of opening a Business Account and then told me to just go to the city website to close it. You may be a debt collector, but it doesn't give you the right to be nasty to people looking for answers. Definitely a fraud. Call an attorney the minute you get some thing from these jokers. They sent us a letter with a request for payment with a whole bunch of fraudulent information on it. Absolutely a joke. Do not give these people a penny!
