Avoid this place at all costs. This is, without a doubt, the worst service garage I have ever dealt with - and they charge twice as much as anyone else. Every time I’ve taken my car in, it has come back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. To make matters worse, if you dare to voice your concerns, you might find yourself being aggressively shouted at by one of the owner’s children instead of getting any real help. Incompetence at its finest. Took my car in for a simple CV boot replacement - should have been a straightforward job. Instead, they broke the axle while trying to replace the boot. Then, when installing the new axle, they broke that one too! So, what should have been a quick repair turned into multiple visits, extra hassle, and wasted time. That's two new axles because they couldn't even replace the CV boot properly the first time. It's a dealership what can be said. It's sad I have to drive 30min cause the other dealers in town suck. They are decent and my preferred location. Never bought anything from them, just service the car
We purchased a used vehicle from Harold in May of 2024. We had been looking for over a year for something that was comfortable for a 6’ driver, and must have tested a dozen vehicles. Harold was always patient when we came in to test yet another make/model. We have had our Jeep for 8 months now, and it is fantastic. The service was great & everything was done as promised.
