Very poor customer appreciation. I coordinated over three days and set an appointment whereby it was known I would be travelling two hours to see the vehicle. Once in the area I received a text that the vehicle would be shown to a local customer first and not returned prior to closing that day. Four hours wasted, they knew I was coming and had been in contact three times that day. No management follow up calls, no offer to meet to view vehicle later. Poor customer relations.
Made arn appointment. No response. Went there only to discover vehicle listed on website was sold and apparently was misrepresented anyways. Totally void of acceptable communication. A blessing in disguise fortunately. Zero stars.
