I totally enjoy bringing our vehicles to Revell Ford for servicing. Holly at the front desk has been tremendous in answering my questions and getting me the info that I need. Richard the mechanic has been exceptional in providing great service and honest advice on any issues or concerns we have with our vehicles. The service department at Revell Ford is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and honest assistance from people like Brian the service manager, to Holly at the desk to Richard in the garage. You guys are always so helpful and always answer every question I have you guys do a very well done job and will always be so grateful and I’m always happy when I come in to see you guys for any work needed on my vehicle vehicles.
Bought a truck from them used, they did not disclose that it had been in a previous accident. Actually told me that it was one owner, accident free. Never had great service at the service department and there’s an incredibly rude lady that is never helpful. Parts department has always been very helpful. First and last vehicle I will ever purchase from here. For someone who lives in this small town where the company resides I’m very disappointed. Has turned me off of Fords all together.
