I’m writing a review because I haven’t heard back from the lady I got a pedicure from even tho I contacted them over 2 weeks ago. I went to get a pedicure, the customer service was great, very friendly staff all around. But the first red flag was probably the pedicure being in a very small room, the second was I did not see sanitation being done on any products, the third was she used “gel like “ polish on my nails and no prep on them either, but I decided to just hope for the best. Always such a treat to come here. Pam is such an amazing woman with decades of professional knowledge and talent rare to find now at days. How lucky we are to have her here in Ashcroft. Always leave feeling and looking amazing when she's done. I wish I could go more often. Bar non service, proffesionalizim and like coming to visit a long time old friend. Highly reccomend!
Had a bad experience here with kayleigh my boyfriend went in and asked for only a 2 inches be cut off and she cut off 4 and a half inches and took all of the curls out of his hair it was very bad and not what he wanted and he was very upset about it and so was I not going back there ever and it wasn't the first time it happened
