I am so grateful for the doctors and staff who helped take good care of Gretchen. Since getting her new car seat and driving down by their office, Gretchen lets me know she wants to go for a visit. There are many offices you can choose to go to, but I recommend the one the pets want to go back to. The cleanest rooms, friendliest staff that jump in and help you out, and they are affordable, in fact much less than where I used to 30 miles away. Have been using Revel Vet for veterinary care of my working K9 for a couple years now. Very impressed. Everyone who works there, including front desk, is friendly and acts like an owner in terms of always putting the customer and the animals first and foremost in their efforts. I always like how the vets and techs fully listen to what I’m telling them about my dog, and then taking the time to discuss various options for treatment including “do nothing for now”. I loved this place. Took our dog Sedona in for allergies, vaccinations, & a check up. The team was patient and compassionate with our anxious baby & treated her so well. Didn't rush her at all as she is not always trusting , they gained her trust. Few days post appointment the assistant vet tech Heather reached out over text and asked how she was doing. Which to me shows a level of care and compassion. They didn't push for unnecessary care just was she needed. We absolutely will be returning .
I can’t say enough about the folks at Revel Vet. Every staff member that has cared for my fur babies has just been so compassionate and loving. I have a Senior dog who has had many years of medical issues so he is not a fan of the vet. At Revel their priority is make his visit as stress free as possible and they accomplish that - ten folds!!! They treat me with just as much compassion. I simply love Revel Vet.
All of their team was so kind and attentive when i came in with my furbaby who had a UTI! They handled my boy with care and were able to provide me with a new diet plan with him and get him back on track 💕such a warm welcoming environment!
