The links I bought were shipped quickly but the rods were bent from the zip tie used in the packaging. Revel reached out to me and sent me a new pair within a couple days. Excellent customer service and support. 5 stars!
Placed the order off the info that was provided. Said the leveling kit would fit a ram pickup from 2013 and up. It in fact will not fit my 2023 ram. Emailed them about it then they wanted to charge me a transaction fee, shipping fee( it was free shipping) and also a 20% restocking fee for a part that they had listed wrong. I will never and do not recommend buying anything from them again.
Purchased the Revel Advanced level kit for my 2022 Ram Limited and the pre adjusted links worked out flawlessly and truck rides great. They communicated promptly on my order status and it all arrived quickly. They also helped answer some questions and would use them again for any performance needs.
