Hands down my favorite workout studio in SD. From the amazing aesthetic, music, vibes, instructor energy and skill level - It is the full package. I am always happy to come to class and leave with such an endorphin high! Revel will push you in the best possible way👏🏽
I did not know what to expect and couldnt find much information on the website or in the Google reviews about what happens during the class. It's just like Barry's Bootcamp. The class I attended was broken into four sections - 2 on the treadmill and 2 on the bench. The instructor guides you through a series of weight lifting exercises on the bench and different speeds to jog/run/sprint or push on the sled mode of the treadmill.
