Barista was absolutely lovely, coffee was made quickly and was delicious.
Came in for a free coffee to try a new shop and left already wanting to come back. Didn’t catch the guys name that helped me but he was very kind. This coffee shop is adorable. The lighting is spot on and the atmosphere is calm and nothing feels rushed. Honestly I thought I was driving up to visit a coffee shed (traditional WA form lol) but was relieved to open the door to a beautiful restaurant with just the right energy and mix of people. Revel 77 is a haven for coffee purists. I ordered a Chemex featuring their Ethiopian washed single-origin bean, and it was absolute perfection. The brew was clean, complex, and beautifully floral. Easily the best pour-over in the Spokane area. Outstanding quality and execution!
