leasing office has not returned any of my calls for the past six months. I've been having issues since i first moved in; apartment wasnt clean when i moved in, half the appliances don't work, flooding, etc. My whole experience has been horrible with Revel. 0/10, save your time and money
Was trying to get a hold of new property management for a bit and finally bit the bullet and dropped by the office. Deposited my initial reservations, I had a great and illuminating convo with Liz regarding the concerns I had previously contacted her about surrounding billing issues on my unit. She was responsive, professional, and very helpful ! New property management is really trying to tie up loose ends left by the previous management team . Looking forward to the future at Revel.
Since adding new staff members, my experience in this apartment community has significantly improved. Concerns that I have had about my living situation have been addressed with compassion and resolved quickly. The prompt response and professionalism of the team have made a noticeable difference. I would love to see some improvement made to the security services to avoid other issues I’ve encountered such as packages being stolen and loitering.
The new manager is amazing! Resident events are great and the community is very clean! Great job team!
