I am a former resident of Boutique28, the sister property under the same management as Revel. Now that I am finally out of there, I would say living at Boutique28 was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Some of the issues I encountered while being a tenant included: -Failure to maintain basic security – My car was broken into multiple time, packages have been stolen, and homeless individuals have at times slept in the entryway. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ 0 stars definitely do not recommend unless u like the shootings and filth. You’re gonna say “u weren’t a tenant” but I was for a year. U took my $24k and did nothing about the roommate who abandoned it. U did nothing to help my Roomate in that situation where the psycho had the keys when we asked to change locks. Stay away from the revel unless u want ur car broken into in the “secured garage” Good luck Ryan . Omg the “good reviews” have got to be fake. Laughable.
Been here for a year without the rooftop jacuzzi being functional, 300 for two cars parking just so you know, rent is going up you pay for the building electric and gas and your apartment electric and gas comes separately.🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
It was clean friendly environment love the amenities and also apartments and price
