Alliah is the best , very helpful & super responsive
My experience at revel apartments was horrible until the new management took over , Alliah not only stepped in and turned this building around , she showed us she cares , stays here after hours handling resident concerns . I can now come and park in my garage space with no issues , maintenance come quickly . Julie the new leasing agent is always nice and friendly and always has a smile on her face . As for the corporate office , they suck and are super unprofessional
alliah is the best office staff i have seen in a while, she made she all my needs were met during our tour, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. during the tour i noticed all residents know her by name, and showed she cared. i would give this a 10/10 of 10 for sure. if she was to leave this building i can see a lot of tenants moving out as she seems to be the glue that's holding it together. maintenance is super-fast with requests, and the manager Stephanie is super nice and always available for resident needs
I have lived at Revel Apartments for 2 years, and since the new management took over, this has become the worst management team I have experienced. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and unwilling to help residents. One of the most frustrating experiences happened when the rear seat of my car was mistakenly placed in the trash room. I immediately asked management to open the room so I could retrieve it, but they refused. By the next day, the garbage truck had already collected the trash, and my car seat was gone.
