I had a maintenance emergency at 2am and after placing a work order, maintenance showed up in less than 20 minutes! Huge thank you to the maintenance team for resolving the issue so quickly and even recommended some other things that could be replaced.
The girls in the front office are lazy and unresponsive. I've left emails and calls and I've not gotten an answer. When I walked into the leasing office, two girls were at the desk and they were both in their cellphones. And the african american maintenance guy seems a bit creepy. Update (8/26/2025): I almost got into an car accident because there is a blue Subaru that has consistently been parking between Bldg 49 and Bldg 44 in the main road blocking an entire main lane of traffic. This car has been parked here for weeks now. The leasing office typically sends out emails stating that cars parked in the Fire 'No Parking' Lane will be towed, yet they have failed to enforce this. Every time I try to speak to a manger they avoid letting me speak to him. I asked about water damage before moving in. I was told that they would inform me and they did not come to find out my whole unit has a leaky roof. It’s not been properly fixed there’s water stains. They knew it was a leaky roof and it was never repaired properly, but move me in anyway. Now, since my roof isn’t fixed, I’ve made them wait to receive rent. Been decent and haven't moved in yet but there aren't washers/dryers in every unit so please be careful and ask before applying if it's something you need. Also not providing valet trash cans but charging for it is crazy especially since leaving trash out on the curb attracts animals. Just crazy to see a luxury apartment with trash bags everywhere. Will update review after moving in officially. Hope this helps
