Office staff very unprofessional, no one was available for a tour and the pool area looked very unkept!! This used to be a really nice place but doesn’t look luxury anymore the gate in the front of the complex is rusted and needs to be painted. They must have a new management company. That’s unfortunate.
We have been living here at reveal 54 for 9 months and it’s been so nice. the price matches the apartments so just be well prepared(for the fees). Nevertheless we haven’t had any problems with the portal. They always keep up with maintenance & The office staff is super welcoming and easy going😊
A good place to live
Hi everyone. I also wanted to leave my review about this complex. When we moved in, it was stated that there was valet trash service, but no specific time frame was provided. Then, a couple of months later, everyone received an email saying that trash pickup is strictly from 6 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, and that trash must be left near your building, usually on the corner of the lawn area. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was charged a bulk item / large item fee even though I did not throw away any large items. The only thing associated with my trailer was a small fake leaf decoration that accidentally flew out, which is clearly not a bulk item. Charging someone for a large item fee without actual evidence of any large item being disposed of is unfair and frustrating.
