I would like to start off by saying I do not want a response from Reveal 54, as I spent the entire month of December going back and forth with them and their responses to other reviews has been only to place blame on customers and take no responsibility for this nightmare move out. The property is great, management is ok, amenities are awesome. Price is ok for what you get. Move out is atrocious. Reveal 54 has honestly been one of my favorite places I’ve lived. The apartments are spacious and having an attached garage is a big win. The fitness center is really convenient as well and the pool is huge (definitely wish it was heated for the winter though lol). The office staff is genuinely cool, respectful, and responsive, which I really appreciate. Anytime something comes up, maintenance works hard to get it handled for us, so overall, it’s been a great community for us and a place I’m happy to call home.
From one neighbor playing her TV loud, to another neighboring consistently playing his music loud, I truly hate it here. It doesn't matter how many times you make a noise complaint to the leasing office, nothing changes. There's always someone's music or TV keeping me up from sleeping at night or keeping me from concentrating on my work during the day. This place isn't ideal for anyone who likes to get any sleep or anyone who works from home.
I first moved into Reveal 54 in January of 2024. My experience back then was flawless... every t was crossed and every i was dotted. Communication was clear and concise. My experience now, 2 years later, transferring units within the complex has been the exact opposite of flawless. It seems that the quality of oversight and management, at least of the leasing process, has downgraded considerably. I decided to transfer units while in the midst of my second lease with Reveal 54.
