So far, Reveal54 has been great. The units are spacious and modern, and the amenities are new and well maintained. I have an EV, so having an attached garage is super helpful. My unit doesn’t have carpet, which makes it easy to clean. The leasing process was a breeze, Hailey was my main contact and she’s been awesome the whole way through. I had a couple of small fixes, and she took care of them right away. Overall, I’m really happy with the location, the unit, and the staff.

I was charged $100 NSF fee, this was for not having enough money to cover my rent payment, even though I did have enough to cover my rent payment, but it came back as NSF because I was charged by the property a $20 insurance fee as they did not receive my renters insurance renewal, and I only had enough funds to cover the rent payment, the property alleges they sent us an email requesting us to send them our new insurance information which we did not receive, but policy was the renewed, we can prove that we had enough money ... read more
