*06/30/26 UPDATE* So I decided to lease here, was told the unit was "READY" and the website stated that same thing, however when I went to get the keys and do the inspection for the checklist I came across quite a few problems. I have put 13 maintenance requests this morning which is a lot for a unit that should've been actually ready for a tenant to move in. I would not recommend moving here. I lived here for a little over 2 years. My time in residence was not bad. There was a mistake with the office staff about a year in. I received an email charging me fine for having an “unauthorized pet” in my unit. My dog was listed on the lease, and I had been paying pet rent the entire time. After fighting the charge it was removed. The move out process was TERRIBLE. I was charged ridiculously high fees for the smallest, most inconsequential matters. I lived at Reveal for 18 months. While the apartments are amazing, and maintenace is top tier( I had an emergency at 2 am and they came within 20-30 minutes) Amazing ammenities, the pool is the best! The reviews do not lie about the office staff. The Community Manager does his best to be friendly and get things resolved, I always had an issue with the leasing people or no one being in the office. Office staff very unprofessional, no one was available for a tour and the pool area looked very unkept!! This used to be a really nice place but doesn’t look luxury anymore the gate in the front of the complex is rusted and needs to be painted. They must have a new management company. That’s unfortunate.
