Laser technician was very good explaining the whole process and throughout the service. I was happy with the service.
I had full body laser hair removal sessions at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I did not have any visible hair on my neck before — only very fine, almost invisible vellus hair. I was not aware that the area contained fine vellus hair, which especially in hormonal areas cannot be effectively removed with laser.
