Rude, I waited for two hours for my year visit and I was fasting for the visit, had to come to the front desk to cancel the appointment cause I have to pick up my daughter to the day care and rush me to the room a very unprofessional doctor were he spend more time talking to a trainee than seeing me or talking to me, and a very unsafe blood work in the middle of the visit , they did not even verify the label of the vile of blood they took from me. Won’t coming back and I’m changing director office.
Dr Gorstein always takes his time and addresses all issues for myself and my husband. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. One of the few doctors my husband trusts. Those complaining about the wait times…if you’re waiting, it’s bc the doctor spends extra time with each patient. The insurance company may only allow 15 minutes for a specific visit, but Dr Gorstein is going to spend as much time as it takes to truly help.
I have been looking for a primary care doctor for a while with no luck… until life had other plans in store and I had an asthma attack during the first 30 mins of my shift, no inhailer in sight… my coworker walked me over to his office and they were able to see me as a new patient walk in.. I was treated with kindness since I walked in, his staff was genuinely concerned and made sure I was able to get care. Very happy. They take the time to listen and you feel like a human being. Compassionate and understanding. Great practice from the front desk to the PA’s to the Dr.
