This practice does not ever get back to you. I have called in with questions about my meds and needing refills, no one EVER gets back to you or even answers the phone! I had to leave on my cruise without my medication refill and borrow some of the same medication that my husband takes to get by. I finally was able to get through after the cruise to the front desk and complained about this and they hung up on me. I have been a patient of the Boynton Beach location since 2021 and each time I request to see the MD, she’s always booked out for at least 2 months. I have been seeing the NPs during each visit. The NPs contradict each other in many ways and the plan of care is never consistent. I have been calling the office since the week before Christmas to request a refill and schedule an appointment, but phone system does not work. The whole expirience from finish to end was the most unprofessional, time consuming, and aggravating thing. I scheduled a month out, for a surgery clearance. I confirmed the appointment and everything and they call me mid day before and stated that the doctor had “retired”. I’m no HR department but I’m pretty sure they knew sooner than the day before my appointment if he was retiring. Well I went to the doctor on Friday I was sick was treated by doctor Whyte And her associate. When I left I looked at the prescription they prescribed. As I was leaving the doctor's office I called the The office it was only approximately 430 the office doesn't close till 5 nobody answered the phone the prescription they had given me that I had looked at was completely wrong and not what we had talked about so I get home and I get a message from the pharmacist that the prescription is not right and it's all wrong there's no ... read more
