Ursula has been cutting my hair as I've been trying to grow it out post chemo. She's been fantastic!!! Always has an idea to make my hair work no matter what length. I really appreciate her talent!!!
Ever since my bridal party and I had our hair and makeup done at Reva in September I have continued to go back to Ursuala for my cuts and colors ! :) she's great!
Beautiful, quite client friendly spa! I absolutely enjoy every minute I'm there. Such great customer service and we'll experienced professionals. My favorite spa to visit. Kim is an awesome massage therapist. Love her!
I absolutely love my stylist, Kathy Thibeault. However, the reception area is AWFUL!! It's always cold, very cramped, and has the most uncomfortable chairs. The salon itself isn't very clean, either. Parking is horrendous! They enlarged the salon with no thought whatsoever to enlarging the parking capacity. And, at this time of year, it's even worse! Plowing is very poor and is always icy.
I moved to the area three years ago and have been having my hair done by Nicole the entire time. She really listens & remembers what I like (I can be particular)! I even trusted her enough to try something new!
Everyone was very friendly, but the quality of my cut and color was seriously lacking. I asked for an ombre and got chunky highlights. Multiple people have actually asked me if I did them myself. I also asked for long layers and I got a boxy, blunt cut that is all one length. I even showed photos of what I wanted. I've never felt so bad about my hair. I have already spent $50 at Affinity salvaging the cut and will be spending more next month getting the color fixed.
Melissa gave me a great sassy new cut. She is awesome. As is Marie at the front desk. So enjoyed my first time here.
First time at Reva and the very sweet Melissa did a great job with my grown out pixie mess. Lovely warm environment.
