The worst financial decision I ever made was to purchase an RV manufactured by this company. They make absolute crap RVs that fall apart the second you start using them. DO NOT BUY AN RV MADE BY THIS COMPANY!
I had an appointment at REV group Decatur Indiana from 8/20-8/22 for a plethora of items from house to chassis. Check in was 6:00am with Bob. Be patient as Bob is overwhelmed with checking people in and juggling all the appointment information. I then met with my assigned tech Earl. What a great experience working with Earl. He kept me up to date and involved in the entire process. The experience here has been great. When arriving, find a space & it's yours for your stay. Plug in! Attached are things to do while you wait for your RV! 6 am is check in and 2 pm (July) is the return of your RV. You can speak with the tech at 2 or wait until the next morning if you are on a day trip excursion. Book a FACTORY TOUR ON WEDNESDAY at 10 am or 2 pm, FREE. It's a great tour!
