Fantastic service facility. The process is streamlined and the workers are excellent. It's my first experience this facility and after 3 days there I'm very satisfied. I was already made an appointment for next year to have them do my service work. I highly recommend it will return.
Great 1st experience at REV RV in Decatur Indiana. Fixed in the days we were originally advised by Dan. Earl, our service tech, was amazing. Kept us updated each day what got done and what needed done yet. He also was great about answering any other questions we had on different aspects of the rig. Price was very reasonable for all the work they did. We are full time so was great we could stay right there. Had power in the parking areas and water and dump on other side of building. All free! I can always trust REV to do the job right and be able to speak to the most knowledgeable people on motorhomes.
Here or REV in Coburg, OR are the ONLY places to take your Holiday Rambler RV. They know what they’re doing and have the part.
Not happy with Rev service. I called them for two weeks - left four VMs and multiple emails with no response. Meanwhile I was stuck on the road with multiple issues (jacks, slide out, alternator). Finally got a VM back from that just put me back in the same voice mail box. when I finally got a human to call me back he just casually told me "October is the sooner." It's July. Totally not cool.
