Have been coming here on the way to Mi. every year for 5 years since we bought our Discovery. We get inspection and maintenance. Great people .The rev group should be proud.
Always a good experience at Rev RV. The service could use some improvement. Phone/email service is great but in person could use some help, a little slow. But I recommend this place to get your coach worked on.
The service department is full of crap. They tell you to have an appointment, you go there and they hold your RV hostage until they get parts to work on it. You would think they would carry some common parts that are subject to fail? Update!! I did not write this review! I'm not understanding how this happened! I have been here once and had a very good experience with the REV Group, in both Oregon and Indiana.
Tres bon service. Nous n’avions pas de rendez vous et ils ont réussi a s’occuper de nous immediatement. Personnel a l’ecoute et vraiment gentil. Un technicien nous a meme preté une cage pour mettre notre chat durant les reparations. Tout le monde a fait l’effort de s’assurer que nous comprenions tout malgré la barriere de la langue.
Customer Service - Communication- Repair work - Hookups- Laundry Room - Restrooms - Lounge upstairs - Lounge downstairs- Lounge downstairs has too many people with pets that have destroyed the leather furniture. No dogs should be on the furniture! There needs to be a designated closed off area for people with pets. Adults do have dander allergens from animals.
