Yay! George is just awesome... no question! I was in town from Denver and was connected with him when I decided it was a good time to taco my wheel. Yeah, not good. But he got me a spare wheel and got me rolling again right away so I didn't have to be off the bike all week. So grateful for the amazing and prompt customer service!!
