George is awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and by far the best bicycle mechanic I’ve found. 3 different shops could not identify the problem with my bike, but last minute on a trip to San Diego I found George @ Rev via Yelp. He worked on my bike the same day with all this COVID craziness going on, and took the time to educate me on the adjustments he made. Thanks again George
REV Endurance balances being high-end, high-quality, along with being extremely approachable and welcoming. George always has time for his customers. The products and services are top notch and personalized for my needs, but it is really George's advice, encouragement, and ambassadorship of the sport that has taken my cycling to a new level. Get to know this shop, be willing to try out some REV-isms, and you'll be transformed on the bike too.
So, it’s basically impossible to get bike parts quickly given the worlds crazy circumstances right now. But George performs miracles!!! He was able to order my exact tire (for a mountain bike!) and get it tubeless installed within less than 48 hours of my panicked post-5pm call! 😅 I called other shops and they said it would take a MONTH!!! George is always willing to take the time to meet your needs. He listens to you and will get what you want if he doesn’t have it.
Never buy anything in this store. This is a scam. For the goods take money. Item is not sent. Letters and tickets are not responding. I try to return the money with the help of the bank.🤬

George knows his stuff. Worried about my fit for an upcoming ultra distance event I had George take a look at how I was fit on the bike. I spent about 90 minutes with him and along with some minor adjustments I got plenty of good information from a guy who knows what he's talking about. When it comes to distance cycling George is the man, thanks again.
