I wanted to try a local pharmacy and have been greatly disappointed with the service and availability of Reutzel Pharmacy. The hours are not compatible with most working folks and of the 4/5 times I needed to pick up my prescription, it was never ready and I had to wait and often times come back after waiting. It’s hard enough to make their available hours but having to make 2-3 trips is unacceptable. Will be changing pharmacies for certain.
