My Toyota Sienna was rear-ended in 2018. Reutimann worked on the vehicle and returned it to me fairly quickly and it looked great. Little did I know that for the next 20 months, my family would be traveling in a DEATH TRAP. We had an ongoing problem with the liftgate that Reutimann was unable to fix permanently. I am incredibly grateful that I was referred to Reutimann from my normal mechanic. The issue was a minor, but pesky bend near my antenna mast that was resulting in a leak. After I arrived at Reutimann and they took a look at it, they gave me a frank assessment that they could probably try to just fix it right on the spot while I waited. After only about 10 minutes, they said they formed it back into shape.
