I got my baby shower cake from them and they told me it could be left out for a few hours, well that wasn't true because it collapsed. I called them to inform them of this and received very poor customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER CAKE FROM THEM. I am so disappointed because they normally have good quality cakes with good customer service. I spent alot of money on this cake and it was for a very sentimental event.
