Ruess Dental does the work, and then after insurance pays them, they send you a separate bill claiming that insurance didn't pay them enough, even though insurance has agreed upon prices with them.
We love this practice and have been patients for more than 30 years. Dr Bill is great, and Karen and Stephanie are like old friends!
Drs Reuss are the best dentists in all of Shasta and Butte counties. Their staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Go there for advice and exceptionable dental treatment. They keep my smile and teeth working very well.
