They quoted an amount and paid me far less than what was agreed upon. Communication was slow and am yet to receive the full amount of the quote for my device.

My partner sent them a phone worth over $1000, firstly they quoted him extremely low once the phone was received, no quote beforehand so that he could not negotiate or decline as they already had the phone, Secondly, they received it over a week ago, and he still hasn’t received any payment. Endless phone calls and emails with no response. Will be contacting consumer affairs about this matter! Absolute fraudulent behaviour!!
