Update: After receiving a phone call, they are sending me my phone back because it was purchased in the US, and they apparently don't buy US phones even though they work fine in Australia. Their IT systems need a lot of work. I replied to an email they sent to me, but apparently it's an old email address or something. I also tried calling and texting. Anyway, I'm updating my review to 3 stars since they finally contacted me.
