I recently bought an ash keeper and sadly it was immediately problematic. Jennifer worked and worked to make this be the piece I wanted, but thru no fault of her own, it wasn't meant to be. Since it already contained some of my folks ashes, she created a solution to keep them there, handed the pendant to me and said "I'm going to issue you a refund." I asked if I found a different style from their supplier if she would order it (yes). I am a customer for life.
