Five years ago, we needed to sell our home, but because the market was still down, we were forced to rent out our home. We hired REUSA Northwest Property Management to find us a renter and to manage our property. They found a renter within days, kept it rented with hardly any vacant days and maintained the property very well. We found the staff to be friendly and responsive. I cannot recommend this company. Their website says many things but this company does not follow through on any of them. They managed my property while I was oversees and all they cared about was collecting their cut of the rent. They expected the place in mint condition when I turned it over to them but did not return it to me in the same condition. Scratched paint on walls with numerous holes, dirty carpet, damaged garage door, too numerous to continue. They dragged their feet repairing items always saying it's normal wear... read more
