Technician was professional, friendly and thoroughly explained work completed. Reupert has maintained our HVAC system for 27 years.
The technician did a great job- he came out for routine AC cleaning and ended having to troubleshoot a wiring error made by a different vendor who installed the furnace and thermostat.
Tim did an excellent job explaining everything.
Joe and his team have been amazing to work with. We received a total of four quotes for a full furnace and A/C replacement and have struggled with heating and cooling for our second floor for years. My idea was to add a ductless system to our second-floor main bedroom. I explained this to all the companies that we got quotes from and all included a ductless system for the second floor.
