First time there, I'm new to the area. My little girl Mindy was very sick and Dr. Bregman and Matt took excellent care of us. I appreciated his honest approach to my little old girl and best friend for 15 years. RIP baby girl.
This veterinary is absolutely amazing! They are very kind and always communicate well. We recently got our puppy spayed and they took great care of her. After we took her home she ended up scratching out her staples, I called immediately in the middle of the night and they called me back promptly and asked me to bring her in when they open. We didn't have to wait they took her right away and put in new Staples and did not charge me for the new ones. Dr. Bregman has spent more time talking with me about my dogs needs, laying out all my options and developing a treatment plan than all the other vets I have take. Her to combined. He and his staff are caring, and helpful. I drive an hour to see him now.
My experience consisted of a terrible lack of communication on an expensive procedure, being hung up on twice, 7 never returned phone calls, 5 days without having my kitten (from being told 3), and 1 very rude Vet. I would not recommend and feel bad for those who go in blindly like myself. The only redeeming factor and sympathetic soul in that place is Sam in the front. Who is very caring.
Uncaring, rude staff. I don't recommend this place. Paid a lot of money and still don't know what's wrong with my cat.
I want to Thank the whole staff of this excellent facility for the care of my best friend of almost 15 years. The doctors explained what was happening and tried in vain to extend her time. Compassion was shown by the whole staff. The beautiful basket of flowers was a plus I never expected. Thank you. When I come back in the fall I am sure I will have a new little one and it will make me feel good to know if needed such a quality facility is available. Thank you Carolyn Davis
