A Very disappointed, long time customer Upon arrival for check-in, we requested Center Court, Ridge and were told that they were full, they put us in another unit at the entrance of the park. These were older units but we have stayed in several different units over the years and weren’t terribly concerned as our recollection of Reunion Resort was that it was a family friendly luxury home away from home resort - when we arrived it was dark. We had a great stay at one of the resort homes and their customer service was top tier. Loved the ride app and the easy shuttle service
This place has bedbugs. When I canceled my reservation because I discovered they have bedbugs, they would not stop spamming my account in Expedia. I even asked Expedia to ask the hotel to cease and desist, and they continue to spam me on a regular basis. Trash.
