Honestly, best I've ever been treated in my life by a medical team and staff. These are real people helping real people here. Dr. Rutland made an uncomfortable scary part of my life seem like a walk in the park. Thank you for helping me! And treating me as a patient and not a problem.
I had an opportunity to share how I felt and why.
Almost two hours late for my initial appt. Spent 5 mins in the room not even talking to me and then didn't talk to me ever again, not before the surgery, not after the surgery, nothing. Didn't explain what the surgery actually entailed or that I'd be out of work for over a month. Didn't bother to check that I was in IL so the at-home care wouldn't work which left scrambling to find a ride for post treatment care facility.
