Dr. Gobezie turned out to be the right choice for my shoulder replacement. All in all I experienced very little post OP pain and now, 6 months later my shoulder is almost like new. I highly recommend Dr. Gobezie.
This was my 5th joint replacement, and by far the easiest! I don’t even know it was replaced. My arm hasn’t worked this well in years!
I had great results with my shoulder replacement. Have full use and almost full strength
Dr. G repaired my torn bicep tendon and gave me back use of my arm. I am so grateful. Not only can I use it again for everyday tasks, but I was able to resume kayaking 7 months after surgery. Last night, I was able to load an 18’ boat on the roof of my Jeep. Dr. G. not only gave me my arm back, he gave me my life back!
Six days post-op and we are truly amazed at my progress. Had a reverse replacement done and left my follow up appointment today without the sling and no prescription pain killers/anti-inflammatory drugs since yesterday. The last 6 months my pain level was 4-5 when the injections stopped working. Today it is 0-1. Have a lot of PT ahead of me, but am glad to not be in pain and able to turn my head without turning my whole body. Just a great experience and I pray it continues. He takes time to listen, recommends what he thinks is best for you, follows up with you and explains what's going on with you in layman's terms. He's got a great bedside manner which for me is a huge plus!
A skilled surgeon and a caring man who has always given me as much time as needed to answer all of my questions and discuss options in detail.
He’s done both shoulders and no longer have pain. Have been able to get back to all my activities. Thanks again.
