Thank you Reuben Borg Fence, and Gerald, a project manager there. Our new front fence, complete with 2 gates and an arched arbor, is absolutely beautiful. And the best part of this fence project? I’m giving 2 stars for the fence itself and -1 star for customer service. The fence they installed is beautiful and solid. I am happy with the quality of the fence. However, the issues began during installation. I have both a lawn area and a concrete area next to the fence, yet the workers chose to mix concrete on my lawn rather than use the concrete surface. Quality, efficient, and professional service from start to finish. I requested a quote through Yelp, scheduled an inspection, and received the quote within 48 hours via email (very reasonable and no project minimum). Once confirmed, the job was completed within 48 hours. Their team installed two buddy posts for me. I typically don’t leave negative reviews but in this case Reuben Borg Fencing’s defective work and lack of professionalism was so egregious that I feel responsible for alerting their prospective clients. We hired them to install fencing around our property including the application of a dark stain. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Reuben Borg Fencing. They came out to reinforce a very long fence line between my neighbor and me, re-hung and supported a large gate, and even patched a huge gap where an old tree had been with a brand new section of fencing. They were incredibly professional, always on time, and communicated every detail clearly so there were no surprises. Plus, they worked quickly and efficiently with great craftsmanship.
