After closing on my house, I discovered there was Black Mold in the childrens bathroom. I called Retz Inc and he told me he had seen the mold, but he is not a mold specialist. He told me if I wanted the house inspected for mold, I should have contacted a home inspector along with a mold specialist. Needless to say, I already have one claim on my homeowners insurance and had to pay a $1,000.00 deductible. Retz told me they weren't responsible. Make a wiser decision than I did.
