Have used this place to take my cans and bottles many times. Always helpful staff, even when busy. Makes it so much easier then standing and doing the cans one by one! I have read reviews about inconsistencies with the amount people have made, I have never had this issue, I always take a similar amount of bottles and cans and get similar amounts. Highly recommend!
You get $0.10 for every container but Vinnies get 4.5 cents as well to do good works!!! Why would you spend hours and hours putting containers in the kiosk one by one and separate the glass from plastic when you can just chuck it all in one big spinner and get your money in your bank account rather than have to go into Woolies or Coles and get your money back or worse still - have to spend it in the store which has the machine!!! Do they not realise that some people actually count there quantities? Came down -$20 lol. Stay away people!
Great service at Penrith Return and Earn
I had a bad experience using this facility and it is my first time using this facility. I took cans and plastic that filled 2.5 big bins and the staff gave me $50 refund, normally when I use the machine what I sold should have fetched me over $90. The probability that all cans could be a round figure of 500 is also impossible. I made this transaction today afternoon. Either the facility or the staff is fraudulent.
