Monica is exceptional. I do not even know where to begin… I am a first time home buyer, so naturally looking for my first home was a daunting task. Monica was great in helping us sell our house. She walked us through what was recommended to fix/update and answered any questions. She encouraged us to stage it, which we did with great results. Monica kept us informed throughout the process as we had moved out of state. She was great at communicating via email, text, and phone calls. We got the full asking price for our house, and it was on the market for a very short amount of time. If I ever need a realtor in that area again, she would be the first person I called
Monica does so much more than an average real estate professional. She dives in to find the "why" behind the move, to learn what is most valuable to the client, and to try to match what one is seeking with the perfect property. We started this journey just as the market changed, and she worked hard to pivot to bring buyers to my complicated property.
