On a scale of 1 - 10, Seth is a 22!!!! Lots of contractors have worked on my old house. Every one of them has had to return a second time (sometimes more) to get the job done right. Not Seth. He did it right the first time. Seth replaced my water heater, brought it up to code, and put in extras to make it easy for me to maintain it.
