I’ve been going here for some time the therapist I have is awesome and very kind. Jennifer has been a lifesaver for my mental health and I do appreciate it. It feels like home when I’m there I definitely recommend!
I had a great therapist. The therapists here are awesome. My problem is with the nurse practitioner, Jennifer Strickland. Never before has a provider made me feel so ashamed for seeking help. I have never been spoken to by anyone the way Jennifer has spoken to me. She made me feel small, that I am a bad person, and that I am beyond help. They have the most knowledgeable staff that you can ask for! Highly recommend! The building and the staff make you feel comfortable, and the nurse practitioner actually listens to what YOU need. I won’t be going anywhere else!
My experience with the provider at this clinic was one of the most emotionally unsafe encounters I’ve ever had in a mental health setting. I left feeling completely invalidated, shamed, and deeply distressed. She will continue to get reviews like this until she stops practicing or stops mistreating patients.
