Really appreciate Scott! Our AC went out today after decorating for a baby shower we are hosting at our house tomorrow. He was quick, professional and friendly. He was honest and talked us through what repairs were needed and explained how to prevent this problem in the future. Fair price and great guy. We recommend Scott for your AC needs and will be using him in the future!

Ask them how much the service cost before things are done, if you get an answer of course. Wow!! You gave me a discount if I pay cash in your office. I refused it after when I see your rude language to me, overlooking. And paid all 254.38 for 10 minutes job via zelle. But It is still fine, free economy. But you DID NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER CHOICE. I would say NO if you answered me when I asked. I just complained why you did not let me know the price in advance of the service event hough I asked. You messaged me the invoice later.... read more

I recommend Scott Wallace of Retro A/C. I called him at 5:48pm this afternoon with a non working a/c and he was here within an hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Scott and his team are awesome! Helped us during February winter storm, plus our thermostat issues. If it’s something he can walk you through he will, and so affordable. I can’t say enough about them. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need anything!
