I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the Retro Fitness location in East Stroudsburg. During a workout, I was filming my routine for personal progress tracking—something many fitness enthusiasts do. Terrible. Broken machines. Nobody can answer questions, never have manager available. Cleaning guy repeatedly walked in to women's locker room without asking if anyone's in there. Trying to terminate after a year was ridiculous. Just say no.
