Clean, friendly staff, machines well-maintained
beyond disgusted with how Retro Fitness in Bay Shore has handled this situation. I canceled my membership back in March, received confirmation of my cancellation, and have signed documentation to prove it. Despite this, I have continued to be charged for months! I have contacted this location multiple times trying to resolve the issue, only to be given excuse after excuse. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Retro Fitness in Bay Shore. I canceled my membership back in March, received confirmation of my cancellation, and have a signed contract documenting it.
