Great staff, great environment. Shoutout to Ian and the woman behind the desk (never got her name) I misplaced my gym bag in the locker room and thought someone may have walked out with it accidentally. Went to the counter and the two of them were super helpful looking over security footage just for me to go back in there and find in a different locker than usual. As embarrassing as the moment was they two of them were incredibly nice and helpful and I appreciate both of them. Thanks again guys!

I’m new to Retro and so far I’ve really been enjoying the atmosphere. I love how the equipment is visibly organized based on the body part you want to work on which helps for beginners. They have smaller rooms with specific machines, massage chairs, a room for fitness classes which has a hint of blue led lights making it a more comfortable space for free weights for shy people like myself. This hurts to do this but retro has just been going down hill and I need to say something I am a veteran of retro and it is sad to see it because we all remember Keira and after that we thought we where going to get a new retro and we did them the manager left now the current one idk what they are doing it is such a mess in the bathrooms and it is sad to see because this was supposed to be the new and improved retro I am just sad

I love the multiple options of equipment, it’s not over crowded, good music selection through the loud speakers, staff always greets you upon entry. Everything works no out of service signs.
