The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because of the price based on the experience. The boat is so cute! The staff is 5 stars!! But the boat is only allowed to 4 miles an hour per the city of Austin. You literally move at snails pace! It makes it slightly boring. If you plan to do this, I highly recommend renting in the evening and watching the bats fly out from under the bridge, that would be a better experience than cruising the lake.
We had a blast here for my brothers bday! This was one of the most fun and affordable boat rentals in the area. The staff was quick friendly and helpful.
Retro Boats Rentals does a phenomenal job. The boats are perfect and well maintained. The staff has excellent service and explains everything to you in detail. It was such an easy and smooth experience, and the boat ride was so relaxing and peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Nelly greeted us, and was such a ball of energy and smiles. We loved talking with her and she made the experience so much more enjoyable with her optimism! What a great experience with Trixie the boat!
I recommend to everyone great experience and fun and amazing friendly staff
