I called multiple times trying to get information about the apartments but was unable to reach anyone. This was very concerning to me as a prospective resident. If it is this difficult to reach someone just to get basic information about the apartments, it makes me question how responsive management would be if I actually lived there and needed assistance or maintenance. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service made me decide not to pursue Retreat West Beaumont further.
I can't wait to move in next week this place looks Amazing
Love it
