I have had decent experiences with them in the past but recently just got a brow wax and my eyebrows have never been so bad before. They were fairly thick to begin with and now they are so thin I can’t even look at my self in the mirror. I am beyond disappointed, I was highly concerned with the amount of plucking that was being done and I trusted her to do a simple wax of the unwanted hairs out of place. Now there is no shape at all.
Great experience doing my laser hair removal treatment at this beauty place. It's my first time. Tiahna was professional in giving tips about after care, including a small card as a reminder. I had an issue with potential folliculitis when the weather was hot. It settled well. They send email reminders when it's time for the next one. It's easy to book treatment online.
