Charlotte was my attendant today for laser treatment on my legs, underarms, and upper lip, as well as my first-ever skin microneedling session. She made the entire experience pain-free and truly enjoyable. Charlotte is clearly knowledgeable and confident in what she does—her expertise and passion for her work really show. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. Highly recommended!
My partner Katelen ,saw Tiana today on the 19/07/2025 in the morning I got a lash lift and tint done. I will say that the service and care was over expectations she was so greeting and lovely , I didn’t get to speak to the other workers but they all greeted me when I entered there store very welcoming place. Will be going back for all future services once recovered from my surgery and have settled with my newborn. Couldn’t have asked for a better job completed by these people. !!!! 100000/10 would recommend

I was a client of Retreat to Beauty and initially trusted the team with my skin. That makes this review all the more difficult, and necessary, to write. I came in seeking advice for one small spot of sun damage. Instead of a conservative or targeted approach, I was recommended an aggressive treatment that covered a much larger area of my face — including areas that weren’t of any concern.
