I had an extremely disappointing experience at Retreat. The first time the young woman who cut my hair was nice but had to be supervised by someone. My next appt. was moved back, but I was not informed that someone else would be cutting my hair. The person who cut my hair was the person who suoervised the other one the last time. She did a nice job on the back of my hair but left raisor burns on the back of my neck that burned and kept me from sleeping. The dryer was too hot and my hair felt like straw later.
