We’ve enjoyed our stay here for the last 2.5 years, and this is genuinely a nice place to live with a friendly management team. This last year we have seen such a positive shift with communication and maintenance reliability. Every work order we’ve placed has been attended to within 1-3 days and if one needed extra time I always had a voicemail telling me what to expect. Management is exceptional. All concerns and problems are address promptly. Louis on the maintenance crew does a great job. Came by and quickly identify then resolved a washing machine lid sensor issue.
