Travis was amazing! He’s very clear and respectful with his communication and does an outstanding job! This guy clearly knows what he’s doing and is very helpful!
I’ve been staying here about four years and I’ve had an overall great experience. Recently needed maintenance and they came same day and fixed my problems and also fix other problems that weren’t on the work order. The supervisor Travis Brown gets a 10 out of 10 from me
I absolutely love living here at the retreat of Shawnee , it’s so clean no dog droppings no trash around, and it’s a super safe area to live in ! The pool and parks are such a perk ! The office staff Khalia and Katie are great ! And the maintenance is so helpful , Travis brown is so quick to fix my toilet when I was having issues ! It’s all around such a great community!
I am just making this so people are aware before they move in safety of the children is not prioritized, people go through the parking lot doing at least 45 mph over speed bumps always almost potentially running my child over. Something should really be done about the speed limit not to mention You literally can hear anything and everything from surrounding neighbors. Leasing office ladies are great tho.
