I moved in two weeks ago and my toilet was leaking due to a small hairline crack. Marcus came and patched it to tide us over until they could get us a new toilet. They were over first thing two days later to install a brand new toilet! Most places would probably just patch it and leave it at that, but Marcus takes great care of us tenants! I don’t know the name of the other man with him, but he was very kind and helpful as well!
Very quick and efficient! Marcus was very kind and even helped me out really quick with something that wasn’t part of the maintenance request. 10/10!
Went to view this property the other day. I really liked the place and the staff that helped. I made the decision right there that this was the place I wanted to call home....but then.....I saw some things they charge which are silly. First they charge you to get access to the amenities. This is a one time charge and not much however amenities are included in your rent so why am I paying a fee to start using them. Now while I could of lived with that the other feel is outrageous. My partner and I moved in 4 months ago and have no complaints! I recently put in my first work order, and Marcus answered my request very quickly (under 2 hours)! He was very friendly, efficient, and clean!
