Love the indoor pool. I liked the short term lease option and the price. Very affordable. Property is maintained well. Office staff are very nice and helpful. The approval process for me was super easy. The 2 bed apartment is kind of small but it works well. I love the washer and dryer in the unit. Maintenance responded to my emergency leaking sink during after hours in a timely manner. I didn’t wait long at all. Overall the property is very nice and I highly recommend it.

Do NOT rent here! These folks are ridiculous! They literally illegally wanted me to send them a copy of my friend’s lease which I know is illegal I literally told my lawyer what they asked for and my attorney told me he will help me report them! Management I really would hate to use names but this lady literally told me if you were homeless for two years I would have to deny your application and refund your application fee immediately! Mi hija ya tiene 18 años fue con sus amigas a la piscina y le dijieron que no podían estar ahí si no estaba yo, mi hija solo quería disfrutar un rato ya que en la tarde no puede por qué trabaja solo quería disfrutar su mañana con sus amigas y no pudo la verdad muy mal servicio
The office staff is terrible they are very rude, terrible service and customer treatment.
