I lived here 3 years. I have lived in a number of rentals over the years and in other cities. This is a good option at this price point. Although the buildings are older, they have updated units. The office staff are kind, helpful, and responsive (moreso than other complexes where I've lived). Maintenance will come address problems in a timely manner (again--this is not always the case). I’ve lived in this apartment for a little over a year and this was the very first time I’ve had a issue. My the indoor air handler started making an extremely loud noise. It was still blowing cool air, but I could tell something was off. The maintenance team came out quickly to inspect the indoor air handler in my appointment and immediately diagnosed the problem. They resolved it fast by replacing both the indoor air handler and the outdoor condenser unit. The air is blowing cold and the loud noise is completely gone.

Pool is always shut down and dirty. This summer it’s been shut down more times than it’s been open. Maintenance will come and tell you there isn’t a problem and have to come back the next day again because there actually is a problem! Washer and dryer is very old and takes several cycles to dry. The apartments are very outdated and small, even their “updated” ones. Maintenance is currently working upstairs and has been loudly banging all morning, my boyfriend works overnights. I find that there's a lot of trash along the sidewalks not being picked up and is there for days on end. People don't pick up their dog poop and no one is going to the dog park to look. There are numerous piles there every time I go and yesterday my dog rolled in somebody else's poop. I'm never going back to the dog park again. The apartment is nice enough. The appliances have scratches and worn areas around sink and on refrigerator and washer. Big water spots on ceiling in bathroom and bedroom that are concerning. People th... read more
