I have been here going on a year. If I was not tired of the commute to my job I would stay. My honest review please read in its entirety.. I was initially displeased when I moved in because the birds had taken over my patio and it was bird poo everywhere. And my toilet clogged the first day. I put in work orders and the toilet was fixed same day and the bird poo was cleaned later that week. And I requested a net be put up to keep the birds out and they did that! I’ve been here two years and these are recent issues. They never answer the phone, even after having left voicemails, they don’t answer their messages, they require a 60 day notice to vacate, which would otherwise be fine BUT they sent out the renewal offer at 61 days, then emailed the community saying there were mistakes with some estimates (which I would presume are the unexplained 2-3x increases in some monthly charges) and that we would receive our new offer by Friday (5/6). (Updated 05/20/2025) CURRENT OR PROSPECTIVE TENANT BEWARE! I moved out from this apartment complex after three years, and two weeks later they are charging me to replace the carpet, paint all walls, and the ceiling. Thesr charges are not supported by photos or documents provided to me to be compliant with Texas Property Code 92.104 as no damage was shown to have been done to the carpet that exceeds general wear-and-tear as defined by the state regulation.
