Regina from Retreat Bodyworks is nothing short of incredible. She has all the bells and whistles you could want in a massage therapist— from hot or cold eye covers to complimentary snacks, chapstick, or hair scrunchies on your way out. She really acclimates herself with your body to understand any problem areas and to truly give each client the best massage for their needs. I treated myself to a visit with Regina today. After a very stressful month, my neck and shoulders were stiff and aching. Regina focused on my problem areas and after a warm shower I can already feel the difference. Looking forward to a good night sleep after a wonderful treatment by Regina.
