Coming to Retreat I was extremely nervous, upset, and if I'm being honest scared. The staff and therapists were very easy to deal with, learn from, and feel good about. I had a few hiccups but the reasons I went into retreat became clearer and I was able to get the help I needed and I was able to learn so much more. I made a network of friendly people who truly care. You have to really want change in order for it to work. They give you the tools and resources and teach you how to use them.
