Owner Centered. Unfriendly Residents. Owner told me I should understand that the apartments are older & so the electric, plumbing & AC won't work like newer apartments. And a a couple "lifer" residents angrily confronted me about parking under a tree that wasn't near my apartment (there was no assigned parking) & consistently complained to management & harassed me. The location is great & the manager was understanding however so there's that.
