I hosted a paint party at Retreat at Union Square, and everyone I worked with was wonderful. The property is beautiful inside and out. I especially enjoy partnering with businesses that care about their residents and sponsor fun events like this.
Communication with management has been extremely frustrating. I lost my amenity key in December and contacted the leasing office to request a replacement. I was repeatedly told not to worry because key fobs would be issued soon, with an expected rollout during the first week of January. When the first week of January passed, I followed up and was again told the fobs would be available shortly. This is going to be a somewhat comprehensive review of our experience with Retreat at Union Square. First of all, we have been living here for about a year now and just got the lease renewal, we were pleasently surprised.
